                                                                                                                                                                                    The Goats…
If it is “all because”, It’s because it’s a scapegoat. It’s a label that has been given to someone to direct everyone’s anger or unresolved anxieties on to a specific target. Scapegoating is actually a form of weapon used consciously and unconsciously to advance an agenda that is not formally admitted or owned.
If society is going to shambles, people have a lot of emotions that they don’t know how to process. So, when some “good samaritan” offers them a target, well, instead of owning the emotions, the insecurities, the anger, the lack of power and agency they have, well, hey, dumping all that unprocessed pile of unconsciousness shite (that normally you would be responsible for) right on their head suddenly becomes very appealing!
Et voilà! You don’t have to deal with your own emotions, nor actually think about something in a more nuanced way, or sniff out your own responsibility and naivety.
Scapegoating, as we know, happens in families, in schools, in offices, in the corporate world, in political warfare, in identity politics, in racial politics, in health crisises. It’s a very easy political tool to divide and to channel an angry and agitated people’s emotions towards a certain desired outcome, especially if they are spooked.
Essentially, the mechanism behind “scapegoating” is avoiding responsibility. But the impact is way more nefarious than simply avoiding responsibility.
It actually pits otherwise innocent bystanders against each other. It actually is a very destructive force that breeds chaos where the “scapegoater” gets to run free, skit-free, burdenless of what they actually crafted, while the bystanders rip each other apart. If a mob is created, it becomes a form of lynching of the “scapegoatee”.
The Dirty Work
The scapegoater doesn’t have to deal with the unleashed pandora’s box, the people whose emotions have been stirred up, coopted, then directed, even weaponized, against a certain target, they end up doing all the dirty work.
I am going to repeat that one: They do all the dirty work. The innocent bystanders end up doing ALL the dirty work for the one running away from responsibility or the one with undisclosed plans.
Think about that.
Do you want to do someone else’s dirty work? Do you want to become the hammer for the nefarious ideology’s architect?
If you don’t want to become an agent for someone else’s dirty work: you gotta wake-up. I’m not saying that in a mean or insulting way, I’m just saying there is no awareness, nor consciousness, if you are asleep. Metaphorically. You have to be awake in your mind, in your intuition, in your humanity, which means you gotta be awake in your heart.
Your heart is going to sniff out the bad apples, and your heart is going to heal the wounds that need healing. Social strife needs heart. But not the kind of heart that gets manipulated into submission. Not the kind of heart that is told to be “kind” as if you are being put under hypnosis, pacified into ignorance and swollen into un-penetrated thoughts, whereby you disconnect with the truth. No the kind of heart that gets you to the “heart of the matter”.
The Programming
The heart must be on. The heart will break through all the BS programming, because please note:
—> When you start acting out someone else’s plan without being fully aware of it, that is called “programming.” Someone has inserted a program in your psyche. You become their puppet via the way you direct your emotions and thoughts.
Tapping into your heart will allow you to feel this. Your heart will let you speak powerfully and tear down the illusions that are being casted on you and around you.
The heart lets you call out the “scapegoaters” clothed in lambs wool.
Scapegoating is the casting of illusions.
Will you bite?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            The Discernment
Your job is to develop discernment. No scapegoater can lead you like a puppeteer if you have discernment.
No scapegoater can make you into their hammer if you have discernment.
Re-connect to your heart and let it show you the way to discernment.
And to finish, here are fine words of discernment shared by the illusion buster Baljit Rayat:
“Freedom doesn’t happen when you give your rights away in order to get something in return. It happens when you take a stand for what you know innately is your birthright.”
All eyes on the “scapegoater”!
